韩国未来资产终止和安邦的58亿美元酒店交易

2019年9月份，未来资产正式与安邦集团达成收购协议：收购安邦旗下包含15家美国奢华酒店的一项资产组合。但今年5月4日，未来资产发表声明说，公司已向安邦集团发出通知，称该保险公司违反了有关拟议出售众多房产的合同要求，将终止其58亿美元收购安邦旗下15家美国高端酒店的投资组合协议。

we really like this hotel. the original architecture still remains intact and haven＇t done much modern alternation like the other hotels and shops in the village. I think most foreign visitors will prefer this kind of stay. The location is very convenient, only short distance walk to major monuments and main streets. The food serves in hotel＇s restaurant is also decent. strongly recommend accommodation for those who appreciate authenticity.
